I am a kitchen enthusiast and IT professional always fond of a commercial kitchen, cooking and stainless steel equipment surrounding myself. After living in Buckley for a long time, I saw the big corporations take over all small food industries and create the same boring flavors and taste. People are looking for quality, innovative flavors at affordable prices. Food prepared in a safe and licensed facility is something people are looking for from professional chefs and bakers.
Bakers chefs can't afford to set up a facility just for the cooking and baking needs. That is why we fill in to provide the kitchen infrastructure, So professionals can rent and focus on the cooking, baking and selling part of their business. The reason why we started this facility in Buckley is for the simple reason of affordability with the vast number of farms in and around Buckley, Enumclaw, Orting. Chefs can locally source fresh produce, vegetables, meat at a cheaper price. So, Professional chefs and bakers can service their customers and compete against big corporations.

We provide state of the art commercial kitchen with 2 6 burner ranges, 1 Griddle, 1 Char-Broil, 2 stackable Convection Oven, Automatic Donut making machine, glazing station, Big proofer/Humidifier, 2 Bad boy Burners, one fryer, 1 40 Quart Hobart mixer, 1 20 quart hobConvectionart mixer, 1 0 quart Hobart mixer, 2 kitchen aid 5 quart commercial mixer.
Low temp dishwasher, ice machine and many large pots and pans and baking racks, pans and pots. our facility is built with floor plan to make sure 10 professionals can work at a time in a shared model.
We do plan to introduce Dehydrator and Freeze dryer for those who want to make their own doom day prep style food or simply save food from your home, make dehydrated fruits, vegetables, freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, meats and food.
